Every piece of Aeroculata jewelry is handmade with love, joy, and care. The piece may have a slight difference cause of our handmade process. We are using many of different material that already described on the product description also our Material and Care section.
By signing up at our website will make your shopping experience faster and you will get the latest update from us. We will ask you to provide your true, valid, and detailed information regarding your name, email, shipping address, mobile phone number and more. We will keep your personal information secure.
By registered in our website, you can manage your account fully and you can get the latest update regarding your order such us your order status and get your airway-bill tracking number. You could get the reward points that you may collect and redeem it on your next purchase.

We tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently. We appreciate your understanding about this.
As long as they are available in stock or pre-order, you can order the products. Products in high demand may sold out real quickly, so please understand that product in your shopping bag or cart, it does not mean the items are reserved for you. When you have checked out, you can’t add more products to your cart. We cannot modify/add products for you; you will have to make a new order again if you do not want to pay double shipping fees. Reservation is not allowed.
For our special jewelry drop, we may have a special rules of order process and cancellation that we will announcement it in our social media or newsletters and also put it in our product description.
Prices shown on our website are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change without any notifications.
We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder's name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if product is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer with Bank Central Asia (BCA)or Bank Mandiri. You will have to confirm your payment at our website to validate your purchase. Payment should be made in 24 hours (1 days) after checking out. Our system will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email, so you can check your inbox or spam / junk. If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically canceled. You need to order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the product. You can make a confirmation by click Confirm Payment on bottom page, make sure to keep your order ID.

Our system will cancel your order automatically if you don’t confirm your payment 24 hours after your order submitted. We don’t take any responsibility with any reason if you canceled your order after paid your purchase.
Your orders are shipped by third party as the courier service. It can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. It may possible for some delay or shipping problems might happen out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order. Please understand that we don’t responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser.
