Do you have any offline store?

Currently, we have not.

Are your items ready in stock?

For collection jewelry, our items are ready stock. But for personalized jewelry, our items are pre-order. Except stated otherwise in the description.

What material do you use in your jewelry?

We have much different material that you can read on every product description you loved. For a complete material guide, you can click here or visit our Materials and Care on the bottom page.

How do I know my size?

How long do you need to process pre-order jewelry?

It will require 2-3 days for 18k Gold-Plated jewelry and almost 25 days for 18k Gold Jewelry. If you need our jewelry in a rush, please contact our Customer Service, we can help you with no additional cost.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We offer a range of payment methods: you can pay via bank transfer (BCA or Mandiri), or MidTrans (Mastercard, Visa, Go-Pay, and Qris ). To secure your purchase, you have 24 hours to complete the payment for the order to be processed.

How to confirm my payment?

If you pay via Bank Transfer, you need to confirm your payment in Confirm Payment on the bottom page, but if you pay with MidTrans (Mastercard, Visa, Go-Pay and Qris ), it will automatically be confirmed.

Do you provide a gift service?

AEROCULATA from the beginning has a special gift service for your beloved one. We offer a free greeting card for every product in the options. If you want to make your gift more extraordinary, you can add our pretty greeting card and many more little ornament to the Extra section. We also don’t provide any physical invoice, so you don’t worry about it.

Can I cancel my order after I paid?

Sorry, you can’t. We don’t take any responsibility for any reason if you cancel your order after paying your purchase.

How long for your processing time after I paid my order?

We will ship your jewelry a maximum of 24 hours after you paid your order, but for pre-order jewelry, you can check on the product description to add some extra times.

How long for the delivery time?

For domestic, it will by SiCepat and it takes 2-4 days delivery time. You can track your package when your order updated to “shipped” status.

Do accept any refund?

No refunds.
